Boys and girls are all welcome to these sessions which focus on improving fitness in a fun, positive environment. Working in coach-led groups, gymnasts will be taught basic skills and progressions on beam, floor bars, vault and air track.

As Gymnasts get a little older our sessions introduce more demanding skills through safe and challenging progressions. Skill level is matched to individual ability ensuring engaged, healthy, happy children.
